Guernsey boutique hotel on the market for £9 million

A CLIFFTOP boutique hotel on the island of Guernsey is up for sale with an asking price of £9 million.

With commanding views of the sea, neighbouring islands and even France on a clear day, the four-star Fermain Valley Hotel occupies an enviable position on the outskirts of St Peter Port.

The hotel has 45 rooms and boasts a private cinema, an indoor swimming pool and a large alfresco terrace.

Tim Coates, Commercial Director of owner’s Vista Hotels Group, commented: “The boutique property is in undeniably one of Guernsey’s most picturesque locations, within a short drive of both the airport and main town St Peter Hotel.”

He added: “The hotel offers a complete booking solution with ATOL licence able to book flights and hotel to ensure it yields some of the island’s highest occupancy and yields.”
