UCL to open Lazy Cow

Pub operators, Urban and Country Leisure Ltd, are to open a boutique hotel later this year.

The Lazy Cow will open in Warwick in 2010 Q4, and is expected to be the first in a small chain of boutique hotels.

According to pub trade paper, the Morning Advertiser, each room in the hotel “will have the latest high-technology gadgets including Apple iPads, 32in flat-screen plasma HD TVs, Wi-Fi and iPods.”

Guests will be encouraged to take him their Lazy Cow Swag Bag featuring branded toiletries.

The new hotel will at the site of the Globe Hotel in Theatre Street, Warwick which was recently sold to UCL.
