A 21 BEDROOM country mansion hotel has come to market in Dumfriesshire, Scotland.

Offers over £1.25 million are invited for the Moffat House Hotel in the historic town of Moffat.

The hotel, built as a private house in the 18th century, is in two acres of grounds and comes with a two bedroom cottage located on the site.
